What is the purpose of a contract sale and how does it work? We specialize in selling quality, move in ready homes to individuals that are not quite in a position to obtain traditional bank financing but still want the opportunity to start owning their own home. Usually applicants have credit challenges of one form or another. While not every application is approved certainly, our application process is far more lenient than traditional bank financing. If a buyer gets into a position down the road to be able to obtain a bank loan and re-finance, there is no penalty for that. The contract loan works the same as a bank loan. However, it is our company extending the loan, not a bank. Contract buyers are also eligible for mortgage and homestead property tax exemptions.
All of our homes will come with a 30-day warranty for all mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Our company will finance you!
